Very punctual and professional service. My doorbell rang at precisely the time the service was booked for. I have a high density (beige, light in color) carpet that has never had a carpet clean (approx. 15 yrs). There were several stains throughout the area to be cleaned which included cat hairballs, residue from fireplace vent demolition, beverages, etc. A few times over the years I have tried to clean the worst with household cleaners to no avail. Pristine Chem-Dry exceeded my expectation for the work performed! The carpet looks great! There were a couple spots that my service provider was not able to completely eliminate, but regardless, I was stunned at my carpet with a brand spanking new look! Theirs is the ONLY carpet cleaning business card that will be on my refrigerator door. Thanks so much to Greg Hembroff, my representative, for the professional services rendered. I would highly recommend Pristine Chem-Dry to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.

Greg did an amazing job and I am so impressed with what he did for the carpet on my stairs and the upholstery on my chair. He made them look new again! The carpet on my stairs was dirty and flat from years of kids and pets… it was white Berber. It now looks new and it’s even soft and “fluffy” (as fluffy as Berber can be that is) again! Greg did an excellent job on my carpets!! One thing that I do like about Pristine Chem-Dry is the carpet is not overly wet. The price was comparable to other quotes, but I do think it was money well spent. Another important thing I want to say, he was right on time!

Pristine Chem-Dry (Greg) was absolutely amazing. When I called was grasping at straws, the carpet at my rental property was a disaster the tenants had left it completely filthy — Cat urine in several areas throughout the house, ground in dirt and food, and various stains. Greg was very understanding of the urgency of my situation and was able to get to my job within 1 day. The products that he used on the carpets (particularly the PURT system) were extremely effective as a result the carpets are back to their original condition. Greg arrived on time for our appointment, was very professional and friendly, and his equipment was clean and well maintained. The quote was straightforward and well explained, best of all there were no hidden fees. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend Pristine Chem-Dry to anyone in need of carpet cleaning and in particular with Pet Urine areas that need to be effectively treated. They will definitely be my first call whenever I need carpet cleaning again.
